Lea Valley Gin Cocktails
We've put together a number of tasty cocktails using our gins. They're easy to make and you should find one to fit all types of occasions
Lavender Lemonade
Lavender lemonade is a refreshing cocktail with sweet and delicate floral notes. Give it a try, especially during the warmer months of the year.
Ingredients
- 50ml of Lea Valley Lemongrass & Lavender Gin
- 2tsp of runny honey
- Cloudy Lemonade, to top up
- A slice of lemon and lavender flowers, to garnish
Preparation
- Put the gin into a glass and stir in the honey until it’s dissolved
- Add ice cubes and top with cloudy lemonade
- Garnish with either fresh or dried lavender flowers and a slice of lemon


Summer Punch
Perfect revitalising summer drink for sharing with others.
Ingredients
- 200ml of Lea Valley Navvy Gin
- 150ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 100ml of simple syrup
- 500ml rosé wine
- 120ml sparkling water, to top up
- 5-6 slices of Orange
- 500g of fresh strawberries
Preparation
- Start by placing the strawberries, lemon juice and orange slices in a punch bowl or a large 2l jug
- Add lots ice cubes and leave to infuse for 15-20mins
- Add the gin and rosé then give the mixture a good stir.
- Top up with sparkling water
Passion Fruit Smash
This illustrious combination of fruit juices and passion fruit syrup paired with Lea Valley gin is a sumptuous cocktail
Ingredients
- 50ml of Lea Valley London Dry Gin
- 1tsp of fresh lime juice
- 25ml fresh orange juice
- A slice of cucumber and mint sprig, to garnish
- 50g caster sugar
- 250ml water
- Pulp of 3 passion fruits
Preparation
- Firstly, create the passion fruit syrup by combining the sugar, water and passion fruit in a saucepan. Gently heat the contents until a syrupy consistency develops, then strain and allow to cool.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes, 25ml of passion fruit syrup
- Garnish with either fresh or dried lavender flowers and a slice of lemon


Elderflower Tom Collins
A very easy and elegant cocktail dating back to the nineteenth century. The original calls for old Tom gin, but Lea Valley ‘London Dry’ gin works just as well
Ingredients
- 50ml of Lea Valley London Dry Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 15ml elderflower cordial
- 125ml soda water, to top up
- A lemon wedge, to garnish
Preparation
- Fill a highball glass with ice
- Add the gin, lemon juice, elderflower cordial and soda water.
- Give it a stir and garnish with a lemon wedge.
Chilli and Lime G&T
A spicy alternative to a common G&T. If you like a drink with a kick then this is one to try.
Ingredients
- 60ml Lea Valley London Dry Gin
- 90ml tonic Water
- 1 red chilli
- 2tbsp fresh lime juice
- Lime wedge and salt, to garnish
Preparation
- Run the lime wedge around the rim of highball glass. Then dip the cup into salt and coat the rim.
- Slice and deseed the chilli before placing it into the glass.
- Pour the gin, tonic water and lime juice into the glass filled with ice cubes.
- Stir for a few seconds to infuse flavours.


Lea Valley Bees Knees
A classic cocktail with a Lea Valley floral slant on the original recipe. Perfect for drinking during the spring time with fresh honey
Ingredients
- 60ml Lea Valley Lemongrass & Lavender Gin
- 2tsp runny honey
- 20ml fresh lemon juice
- 10ml fresh orange juice
- Twist of orange or lemon peel, to garnish
Preparation
- Add the gin into a cocktail shaker and stir in the honey.
- Add the lemon and orange juices and fill with ice.
- Shake well and strain into a champagne coupe
- Garnish with a twist of orange or lemon peel.
Gin and Juice
A simple drink to put together. A tasty classic throwback to the mid-nineties
Ingredients
- 60ml Lea Valley Navvy gin
- 100ml orange juice
- 25ml grapefruit juice
- Tonic water, to top up
Preparation
- Put the gin, orange and grapefruit juices into a glass filled with ice


Lea Valley Martini
The Martini is globally revered gin cocktail. Our take on the Martini is packed with flavours and a fantastic variation to this classic
Ingredients
- 60ml of Lea Valley Lemongrass & Lavender Gin
- 15ml dry vermouth
- Stuffed green olives and lemon twists, to garnish
Preparation
- Put the gin into a glass and stir in the honey until it’s dissolved
- Add ice cubes and top with cloudy lemonade
- Garnish with either fresh or dried lavender flowers and a slice of lemon
Gin Aperol Spritz
A refreshing drink to have all year round. This beautifully coloured cocktail will astonish your tastebuds and leave you yearning for one more sip
Ingredients
- 25ml of Lea Valley London Dry Gin
- 50ml Aperol
- 75ml of sparkling white wine
- Soda Water, to top up
- A slice of grapefruit or orange, to garnish
Preparation
- Pour the gin, Aperol and sparkling wine into a wine glass with a handful of ice cubes.
- Top up with soda water
- Garnish with either grapefruit or orange slice
